Day shift (7:30AM-5:15PM or 8:30AM-6:15PM)

In-Process Inspector
• Perform Hi-Rel inspection of printed circuit boards and assemblies per IPC requirements. Must have 5 years work experience in process inspection and must be computer literate.


Sr. RF/Microwave Engineers
• Support Microwave and MM Wave Sources department in research, design, development and troubleshooting, of existing and new MW and MMW low-noise synthesized sources for Hi REL and Space applications.
• Knowledge of Phase-lock loop analysis and design required.
• Prior related experience in, and a strong understanding of, microwave theory and RF and Microwave circuitry.
• Understanding analog and basic digital circuit design is required
• Familiarity with concepts of Oscillator measurements, such as phase noise, spurious, stability, and analysis of data collection.
• Knowledge of design of MIC, surface mount and thru hole insertion microelectronic devices required.
• Technical interfacing with customers required.
• Participate and generate parts of, PDR, CDR and other technical presentations.
• Experience with design software like Ansoft, AUTOCAD, and Eagleware preferable.
• B.S.E.E. required, M.S.E.E. preferred.
• Proficient in MS office.


Sr. RF/Analog Technician
• 5 or more years’ experience in testing, troubleshooting and RF/Analog circuitry. Associates degree or equivalent is required. Candidate must have a sound theory base, have good organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office.


Sr. RF/Analog Engineer
• Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in new and improving designs in the RF/Analog area.
• Must be able to identify and resolve technical issues, provide root cause analysis, analyze existing designs for improvements and support new designs.
• Experience in PLL and Synthesizers design and troubleshooting.
• B.S.E.E. required, M.S.E.E. preferred.
• Proficient in MS office.


Hybrid Operator/Die Bonder/Wirer
• Assemble thick film and thin film hybrid devices from initial phase to completion using parts lists, production flow travelers, wiring schematics, and assembly drawings.
• A Hybrid operator that possesses the knowledge and skill set of assembling complex microelectronic systems
• Skills required for hybrid assembly operations of various microelectronic modules include thermosonic ball bonding, aluminum and gold wedge bonding, manual pick-and-placement of die and surface mount components, and eutectic die attachment.


Hi-Rel Expeditor/Mfg. Operator
• Pull parts from stock room. Create/Split Mfg travelers.
• Track & push priority assemblies thru the manufacturing floor.
• Assemble mechanical units or fabricate parts to make sub-assemblies or complete units using hand tools and light powered tools.
• Photograph sub-assemblies & units.
• High school diploma required with the ability to work with computer (Excel, Word)
Jr. Test Technician
• Testing units with semi-automatic test equipment.
• Review data and troubleshoot problems that arise. Associates degree preferred in Electrical Technlogy.
• Will provide on the job training with the specific test equipment.

Sr. Electrical Designer
• Electrical design of printed circuit boards from 2 layers to multi-layer with knowledge of RF circuitry.
• Knowledge of Mentor PADS software, Power Logic Software, parts and part listing and AutoCAD REV 2013.
• The individual must be team oriented with good communication skills and able to design being aware of the needs of the customer/engineering and manufacturing.
General Manager–
• Master’s degree Electronic Engineering
• 40 hr/wk; travel at least 50% of time per year to China
• Manage production time & frequency synchronization product
• Head product development & prod new products; identify & resolve time & frequency synch issues
• Oversee root cause annual product failures; oversee testing procedures
• Perform annual review of designs of GPS synch products & make recommendation/system improvements.
• 1yr experience as Manager in frequency synch solutions.

Night Shift (5:00PM-1:30AM)


Hi Rel PC Assembler/Wirer (Rework)
• NASA certified-wiring/soldering with 1-3 years experience in high volume production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.


Hi-Rel PC Assembler/ Wirer (Lead)
• NASA Certified-wiring/soldering with 3-5 years experience in high volume production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.


Prototype Wire/Solder
• Knowledge of IPC- A610 acceptability of electronic assemblies and IPC J-STD-001 solder requirements. Read and understand visual aids and drawings. Able to do mechanical assembly from drawings.

Jr. Test Technician
• Testing units with semi-automatic test equipment.
• Review data and troubleshoot problems that arise. Associates degree preferred in Electrical Technology.
• Will provide on the job training with the specific test equipment.
